Credentials: Specialist in Educational Leadership | Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)

Via Forma Learning Academy was built on a simple truth: unique learners shouldn't have to change who they are to fit a flawed educational system. Led by an experienced literacy expert and Educational Specialist, the academy provides an intentional alternative to overwhelming, fast-paced classrooms. Our live virtual cohorts blend evidence-based reading instruction with a predictable, low-sensory online environment where students can focus without distraction. The result is a premium educational experience that honors your child's individuality while delivering meaningful, transformative academic growth.

  • Tuition: $10,500 per year ( $1,050 per month for 10 months) for either cohort.

    Schedule:

    AM Cohort- Monday – Friday | 8:30 – 11:00 AM EST

    PM Cohort- Monday- Friday | 12:00 -2:30 PM EST

    Live, face-to-face small groups — never muted or passive

    Built-in movement intervals and kinesthetic brain breaks to prevent digital fatigue. Comprehensive learning blocks explicitly structured to anchor your child's core literacy, math, and developmental milestones

  • $250 — One-time, non-refundable fee that secures the student’s spot and covers digital portfolio and state compliance file setup

  • $300 — Annual fee covering tactile supplemental learning manipulatives and physical workbooks

  • $100 — Initial enrollment fee covering baseline testing

  • We proudly accept ESA/scholarship funding through FES-UA or PEP scholarships
